Meghan is the Founder and CEO of M Ventures Consulting, with more than two decades of leadership experience. Originally from Colorado, she has spent her career working alongside nonprofit leaders, donors, and philanthropists from her base on the California coast.
She has held senior roles at United Way Bay Area, Save The Bay, NARAL Pro-Choice America, and PAI, and previously served as Chief Development Officer at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, where she sat on the leadership team and led fundraising through moments of extraordinary organizational and social change. Meghan is a certified philanthropic advisor through 21/64, specializing in intergenerational philanthropy. She is also a certified major gifts fundraiser through Veritus Group Academy and holds a certification in AI for fundraising and nonprofit marketing from Nonprofit Tech for Good, bringing a forward-looking lens to her work with both donors and organizations.
Since founding M Ventures Consulting, Meghan has served as a shoulder-to-shoulder advisor to leadership at Ocean Conservancy, as a trusted coach to fundraising and organizational leadership at Global Fund for Women and Regenerative California, and, amongst other client work, served as interim development leadership for the Collaborative for Gender & Reproductive Equity. She understands executive pressure, board accountability, and team capacity, and brings that lived experience into her work alongside donors and philanthropists.

She designs strategies that are both ambitious and realistic, and her work bridges vision and execution. She elevates thinking at the board, executive, and donor level while staying closely connected to what it takes to implement successfully.
